Our solution was to use a "geek" to drive home the point that what's really important is the quality and aptitude of the technicians who make the equipment work. The geek persona is not a negative in today's electronic world--- in fact, it gives clients of SAV a comfort level that things won't go wrong when they hire the company. The concept has been reinforced and expanded with geek bobbleheads as gifts to prospects, pocket protectors, and truck signage that says "geeks on board".
